At Haus Customs, we work to get orders packed and headed your way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom, made-to-order, or high-demand items may require additional processing time.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is $5.00.

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Express shipping is available for $15.00.

Shipping rates and available options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times

Transit times vary based on the shipping service selected and your delivery location. Estimated carrier transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Haus Customs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can help make it right.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
