Our lifetime warranty covers the finish and tune of Haus Customs calls for the life of the call.
If the finish on your Haus Customs call develops an issue or your call needs to be retuned to perform as intended, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to get it taken care of.
Finish
We stand behind the workmanship of the finish on our calls. If you believe your call has developed a finish-related issue, contact us so we can review it.
Tune

How to Request Warranty Service
If you need warranty service:

- Tell us which call you have and describe the issue.
- Include photos when applicable.
- We’ll review the issue and provide instructions for getting the call to us if service is required.
